A buyer is considered any person who orders at least one product, enters the required information and confirms the order.
The order is considered confirmed at the moment when the buyer selects the payment method and confirms the order.
After a successful order, the buyer receives an order confirmation via e-mail.
There is no minimum order amount.
Prices
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Convertible Marks (KM).
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, however price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
Payment
Payment for ordered products is made online using credit or debit cards through the secure Monri WebPay system.

Delivery
Products are delivered via courier service to the address provided by the buyer during the ordering process.
The delivery cost is 7 KM.
For orders containing two or more products, delivery is free of charge.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on the buyer’s location and the courier service.
When receiving the shipment, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the package. In case of visible damage to the shipment, the buyer should immediately notify the courier.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond their control.
Complaints
The buyer has the right to submit a complaint if a damaged or defective product is received.
In the case of a justified complaint, the seller may offer:
